Domestic (UK) Shipping Policy

Orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) upon receipt of an order confirmation email. A notification would be sent once your order has shipped along with your tracking info.

We are currently offering a FREE shipping service within the UK (mainland) for orders over £30.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail.

Due to COVID-19 pre-cautions, delivery times might be delayed up to an estimated 10 working days.

Please contact us if orders have not been received after 10 working days*.

If you receive a damaged package, retain original packaging and please contact us straight away via email at info@lilytheswan.com

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

 

Damages 

Our Website (lilytheswan.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are currently shipping to a few countries Internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
